Installing and Signing into MyTime Scheduler App (Android and iOS)

MyTime Scheduler for Merchants is an app designed for merchants and their staff members that use MyTime. This app allows merchants flexibility while running their businesses, accessing their appointment/class schedules, process payments, tracking reports, and much more. 

In this article, we will go through the steps to install and sign in to the MyTime scheduler app on Android and IOS devices.


Things to know:

  • The app is available for both iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded from their respective app marketplaces
  • When signing in to the iOS scheduler app, reCAPTCHA verification will be required after three unsuccessful attempts to enter the username or password correctly
  • After signing in, accounts with multiple locations can choose how many locations to display on the app. The default limit is three, but this can be customized. To enable this hidden setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com. 


Installing the MyTime App on an Android Device

  1. Search for MyTime Scheduler in the Google Play Store
  2. The app will appear at the top of the search results
  3.   4. Once the app opens, click install
  5. This will take some time, but once completed, you will see the app on your Android device


Installing the MyTime App on an IOS Device

  1. Search for MyTime Scheduler in the Apple Store
  2. The app will appear at the top of the search with the MyTime logo icon                                            
  3. Click on the app to open                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  4. Once the app opens, click install
  5. This will take a little time then once installed you will see the app on your iOS device


How to Sign in on the App


After successfully installing the app, you can then sign in. The sign-in process is the same for both Android and IOS devices:

  1. Locate the app on your device
  2.   3. Login                                                                                                                                            
  4. You will see a welcome message, click "Ok" to confirm and proceed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
  5. After accepting, you will be prompted to choose which locations (if multiple) should be downloaded to the app. By default, up to three locations can be viewed on the app at any given time. To increase the number of locations that can be downloaded, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com. 

  6. Complete the setup guide, then at the bottom, click "Get Started" to be directed to the Scheduler.
