The multi-staff appointments feature enables you to assign different staff members to a single appointment offering multiple services. This article will guide you through the steps of checking out multi-staff appointments in POS.
Things to know:
- The names of the staff members selected to perform the service(s) will be displayed on the ticket in the POS, listed below each corresponding service.
- Each staff member will receive commission for the services they perform, based on the compensation configuration in their staff profile.
Multi-Staff Appointments in POS
Log into your account:
- Navigate to POS > New Ticket
- Add a multi-staff appointment to the ticket
- On the ticket, you will see the names of the staff members assigned to perform the services
- Click "Take Payment"
- Select a payment method
- Click on "Close Ticket" at the bottom of the Take Payment page
