For clients with multiple unpaid appointments, you can consolidate them into a single ticket in POS, enabling you to process payment for all appointments simultaneously. This article will walk you through the steps of grouping appointments in POS.
Things to Know:
You can group past and current unpaid appointments together for one client or multiple clients; however, appointments scheduled for a future date are not available for grouping under POS.

Grouping Appointment by Client
- Navigate to POS > New Ticket
- Search for the desired client
- Select all unpaid appointments
- Once all the appointments are added to the ticket, you can proceed to take payment
- Select a payment method, then close the ticket
Adding Multiple Appointments to the Same Ticket for Different Clients
- Navigate to POS > New Ticket
- Select all unpaid appointments for various clients from the service tab
- By default, the name of the client for the unpaid appointment selected first will be displayed in the client section on the ticket
- After adding multiple clients to the ticket, the following message will appear: "This ticket contains appointments for other clients"
- Once all the appointments are added to the ticket, you can proceed to take payment and close the ticket.
