Safari Browser: Cookies required for "Book Now" button

When clients use the Safari browser, they must enable cookies in order to use the "Book Now" button on your website. If a client attempts to book an appointment on mobile without enabling cookies, they will encounter the following message:

 

How to Enable Cookies on a Mobile Phone


On your iPhone, go to Settings --> Safari.


Scroll down to the "Privacy & Security" section. Click Block Cookies and change the setting to Always Allow (see example below).

After doing so, please restart your phone and navigate back to the site to book an appointment.


How to Enable Cookies on a Computer


If a client attempts to book an appointment using Safari on a computer without enabling cookies, they will encounter the following message:

To enable cookies, go to Safari Preferences -> Privacy -> Cookies and Website data -> Always allow

Clients will then be able to successfully book appointments on MyTime.
