Applying Referral Credit via Booking Widget

Once referral credits are redeemed, they can then be used to make purchases on the booking widget or in-store via POS. In this article, we will walk through the steps on how to apply referral credits on the booking widget.


Things to know:

Referral credits can only be applied to the selected items that have been configured in the referral program.


To apply referral credit online your clients can: 


  1. Go to your booking widget, select any service and time
  2. Proceed to checkout 
  3. On the checkout page, enter the credit value in the Apply Referral Credit field 10733575-b216aa0bd088d06ec5c3c01608a712dd.png
  4. Then hit the Apply button

  6. Complete the booking
  7. On the confirmation page, your clients can print the transaction for their records if they so desire 10733821-da20d9d15e5419c9349efd552e8d81e1.png
  • The amount used will be deducted from their Referral Balance 
  • The transaction will be shown in the audit history on the client's profile
