Print Appointment/Client/Pet/Auto Notes

This article will walk you through the process of printing appointment, client, pet, or auto notes.


Things to Know:

  • Appointment, client, pet, and auto notes will be shown in the appointment modal and also featured on the notes page, with pinned notes appearing first
  • You can "pin" specific notes to keep them on top at all times. Pinned notes can also be "unpinned"
  • For clients with multiple pets, each pet note will be displayed under the respective pet's profile.
  • For clients with multiple family members, each note will be shown under the corresponding profile.


To print appointment notes:


1. Navigate to the schedule

2. Filter by day view, location and staff

3. Locate and select the appointment

4. From the appointment modal, select the Notes tab

5. Hover your cursor over the Appointment Notes section and select the pencil icon to edit the appointment notes.

6. Underneath the Add A Note field, select the Print icon

The same applies to client/pet/family member/auto notes.
