MyTime allows you to enforce cancellation fees if a customer fails to cancel within a pre-designated window. Cancellation policies for classes and events can be set up on the individual classes/events. To edit these, go to Class Setup and choose a class. In this article, we will look at the meaning of each option under the Cancellation Policy section on the Settings page.

Cancellation Reasons Activate Cancellation Reasons Dropdown | If enabled, you can require staff to select a cancellation reason when canceling appointments. This setting applies only to cancellations made by staff members. When canceling an appointment or removing a client from the waitlist, staff will be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. The selected reason will appear in the Cancellation Report. You can add new reasons by clicking the + Add link. Learn more about cancellation reasons here. |
