Selling Packages for Pets in POS

Packages can be sold for individual pets directly through the POS. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to sell packages for individual pets via the POS.


Things to Know:

  • Packages can only be sold to a selected pet if the package is configured to be valid for individual pets.
  • If the client profile contains only one pet, that pet will be automatically selected by default as the package owner
  • The packages purchased for individual pets will be stored on the client's profile and in the Packages Balance report


To sell a package for individual pets in POS:

  1. Navigate to POS > New Ticket
  2. Add a client
  3. Expand the packages menu on the products tab
  4. Select the desired package
  5. When the package is added to the ticket if the account already has a pet, you can select an existing pet from the list or add a new one
  6. Take payment and close the ticket
