Revenue for Appointments, Classes, and Products in Package

Modified on Thu, 3 Apr at 1:28 PM

For services, classes, and products covered by packages, the revenue is calculated based on the retail price of the service, class, or product. This revenue is recorded in the prepaid column and excluded from net revenue when reports are filtered by time of purchase. However, when revenue reports are filtered by time of use, the revenue is recorded under the service, class, and product revenue columns.

  • The revenue reports, when filtered by ‘Time of Use,’ will display $89 in the Service, Gross Revenue, and Net Revenue columns.
  • The revenue reports, when filtered by ‘Time of Use (Legacy),’ will display no revenue in the Service, Gross Revenue, or Net Revenue columns.
