At MyTime, you can create customized client labels to help classify and organize your clients. Labels will allow you to:

  • Filter your client list to view only clients with specific labels
  • Easily view labels from your clients' list
  • Send emails and targeted campaigns to specific groups of clients

To create a label:

  1. Go to the Clients tab
  2. Expand the Manage Clients menu
  3. Select Manage Labels
  4. Next, click in the "Select, add a new, or delete" box
  5. Type the label name in the box
  6. Hit enter to create the label
  7. Select the clients you'd like to apply the label to
  8. Click Apply to apply the label to selected clients

MyTime has pre-created client labels for your convenience: Follow-up, Friend, Top Client, and VIP

If you'd like to use one of the pre-made labels:

  1. Go to the Clients tab
  2. Expand the Manage Clients menu
  3. Select Manage Label
  4. Click the drop-down arrow in the box then click on the label to select it
  5. Select the clients you'd like to assign this label
  6. Click Apply to apply the label to selected clients
  7. You'll now see this label in your client list next to the selected clients
  8. Once you've applied labels to your clients, you can filter your client list by labels
  9. In the Clients tab, click on the dropdown arrow in the Select Labels box
  10. Select one or more client labels. Now your list will only include clients with one or more of these labels.

By default, client labels are sorted in alphanumeric order. This means that symbols precede numbers, and numbers precede letters. This sorting sequence applies to labels created at both parent and child levels.
