Prevent New Clients from Booking Online

You can control whether new or existing clients can book you online and provide a warning message to guide new clients accordingly. This approach allows you to manage your online booking process according to your preferences and business requirements. In this article, we will go over how to configure the setting and demonstrate how the message will appear.  

Configuration

  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
  2. In the company section under Online Bookings, locate the "Who can book you online?" setting

  4. Save changes


Whenever a new client visits your booking widget to book a service, they will see the following message. This message will inform new clients that online booking is not available for them and provide them with clear guidance on what to do next.
