The Referral Credit Audit Trail allows you to track and manage referral credits with full transparency. It provides detailed records of how referral credits were earned, activated, redeemed, or modified—helping your team maintain accurate and accountable records.
Things to know:
- The ability to view the referral audit trail on a client’s profile is controlled by the "Accessing Referral Credits" access control setting.
- The referral audit trail link will still be visible on the client profile even if the referral credit has not been activated.
To view the referral history on a client's profile, simply:
- Navigate to the Clients tab
- Search for and select the desired client profile
- Scroll down to the Referral Credit section
- Click on the drop-down arrow to reveal the referral details
- Click on the "View Audit Trail" hyperlink
Selecting the View Audit Trail link will display the following:
Field | Description |
Date | The date the referral action occurred (e.g., referral made, credit used). |
Ticket # | The ticket number associated with the referral credit activation or redemption. |
Client | Shows the names of the referrer and referee involved. |
Transaction Type | The action taken: Referred, Referred By, Activated, or Used. |
Modified By | The staff member who performed the action. |
Old Value | The referral credit amount before the change. |
New Value | The updated credit value after the change. |
