Referral Link on Client’s Profile

The referral program assigns links to each client and these links can be found on the client's profiles. You may give your clients these links to share with their families and friends to recommend the business. 


Things to know:

  • Client's referral links can be shared via social media, email, or SMS and can be located on their profiles.
  • Whenever the referee opens the links, it will display all the business locations rather than simply the ones that are associated with the client that referred them


Client's Referral Link on Client's Profile

  1. Navigate to the Clients tab
  2. Locate and open the desired client's profile                                                                                                            
  3. On the client's profile, locate the referral link next to the client's image
  4. Once clicked, the referral link will be exposed below                                                                                                
  5. Copy the link and share it with your client


Referees Using the Referral Links

These are the actions new clients would take when using existing clients' referral links

  1. Paste the link in a new tab > Search
  2. When the page loads the referral credits confirmation message will display the name of the referrer and how many referral credits the client will receive                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  3. Clicking the "Book Now" button on the confirmation message will direct them to the parent booking widget which displays all the locations associated with the company
  4. Select their preferred location to proceed with booking                                                                                          
  5. After selecting the location, they will be brought to the booking experience on the location's widget. Learn more here.
