1099-K FAQ

Form 1099-K, Payment Card and Third Party Network Transactions is an IRS information return used to report certain payment transactions to improve voluntary tax compliance. You should receive Form 1099-K via USPS in late January or early February if, in the prior calendar year, you tendered payments:

  • from card transactions (e.g., debit, credit), and/or
    • gross card payments that exceed $20,000, AND
    • more than 200 transactions

TSYS Customers:


To obtain your 1099-K information you have two options:

  1. If you need an official copy of your 1099-K for your records or to send to the IRS, call TSYS ( now known as Global Payments due to recent acquisition) (877.289.0422) or email TSYS (IntegratedCustomerCare@globalpay.com) to request the official form be mailed to you. The 1099-K breakdown provided electronically in TransLink (seen in step 2 below) may be rejected by the IRS. *NOTE* please consider waiting until mid-February to request a duplicate as the original is most likely en route and has simply not yet been delivered. 
  2. Login into TransLink

Stripe Customers:


Contact processing@mytime.com or support@mytime.com and request a copy of your 1099-K directly from a MyTime agent. *NOTE* please consider waiting until mid-February to request a duplicate as the original is most likely en route and has simply not yet been delivered.
