Checking Out Service Group Appointments in POS

Modified on Wed, 19 Mar at 6:25 PM

The combo bookings (service groups) feature allows you to create service groups to encourage clients to book multiple services when scheduling appointments online, with the option to offer a multi-service discount. In this article, we'll explore the steps involved in checking out service group appointments in the POS.

Things to Know:

  • Clients with memberships or packages that cover the services within a service group will not receive the service group discount. This is because the credit from their membership or package already covers the cost of those services.
  • The services that are part of the service group will be displayed on the appointment tile.
  • The promotion will automatically apply on the ticket if the service group promotion was configured to do so.
