By default, all booking notifications are activated. You'll need to deactivate each template you'd like to use individually. When a notification is activated, the status will say ON and when deactivated, the status will be OFF.
To activate or deactivate a template:
- Go to Marketing > Automated Messages
- Hover your mouse over the desired template
- Select the “Activate” or “Deactivate” link
If the message is OFF, select Activate to turn it on
If the message is ON, select Deactivate to turn it off
