- The commission for redo appointments is determined by the "Should Original Staff Member Receive Service Commissions On Redos?" setting. If this setting is disabled, only the staff member who performs the redo appointment will receive a commission. For example, if John has three services and one is redone by Mary, John will earn a commission for only two services, while Mary will receive a commission for the redo. If the setting is enabled, John retains commission for all three services, and Mary also earns commission for the redone service.
- Tiered commissions:
- Revenue and commission for the original service will be deducted on the date the redo is performed (if applicable based on account settings). This adjustment applies even when services are redone across pay cycles.
- For commissions based on productivity, a redo will trigger a revenue adjustment (if applicable based on account settings) for the current pay cycle. However, clocked hours will remain unchanged for both the original staff member and the staff member performing the redo.
- Commissions calculated using tiered commission by productivity (amount above earned) do not include overtime hours in the commission calculation.
- Revenue for the redone appointment will not appear in the reports. Instead, the revenue from the original service will be displayed in the redo adjustment column and will be used to calculate the staff member's commission.

Straight Commission for Redo Appointments in Reports
An appointment was scheduled for Wendy for a men's haircut and a mud facial, totaling $75. A redo was then scheduled for Allison.
Wendy
- Commission for services set to 15%

- Commission will be 15% x $75 = $11.25
Allison
