Deleting Products Manually

At any given time, you can delete a product and all its SKUs or only a specific SKU. In this article, we will walk through how to manually delete a product and all its SKUs.


Things to Know:

  • If a product that is included in a closed ticket has been deleted, attempting to refund the ticket will result in the error message: "Can't restock item because it is no longer carried."


To get started:

  1. Navigate to POS > Inventory

  6. The product and all its SKUs will be successfully deleted
