Without Future Bookings Report

This report shows clients without future bookings. This article will walk through the process of accessing this report.


Things to Know:

Clients will appear in the report when filtering by their associated location or their preferred location


To access this report:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Clients section, select the Without Future Bookings report

When the report opens, you can choose to filter by only clients with past appointments or all clients with past appointments, or no appointments. You also have the ability to export to Excel, PDF, or print.              

Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

 

 

Report Filters


FilterDescription
Location

Filter by clients from a specific location or all locations


Report Columns


ColumnDescription
First NameThe first name of the client. Clicking this link will open the client's profile
Last NameThe last name of the client
PetThe name of the pet associated with the appointment. This column is only displayed for pet accounts.
Family MemberThe name of the family member associated with the appointment. This column is only displayed for family member accounts.
Last ServiceThe name of the service associated with the appointment
Last Appointment

The date and time of the client's last appointment
