Gift Receipt

We offer the ability to print gift receipts for tickets which can be used to return products given as a gift. This article will walk through how the feature works.


Things to Know:

  • If the ticket does not contain products and/or misc items, then the option to 'Print Gift Receipt’ will not be shown.
  • The gift recipient can use the receipt to return the item to the store and exchange it for another product of equal value, including taxes.


To print gift receipts:

  1. Go to POS > New Ticket
  2. Add a client to the ticket
  3. Select a product or miscellaneous item from the Products tab to the right of the ticket
  4. At the bottom of the ticket, select the "Print gift Receipt" link                                                                                         
  5. The print modal will appear. Here, you can set your printing preferences and choose your preferred printer.
  6. Click "Print"
