Book Next Appointment Link on Client Profile

Modified on Mon, 13 Jan at 11:09 AM

This article will guide you through the steps to book your client's appointments using the "Book Next Appointment" button located on the client profile.

Things to know:

  • By default, when a client has not previously scheduled an appointment with the business, the appointment modal will automatically populate with the first available location for the current staff member making the booking, considering the access control settings.

  • The appointment modal can be prefilled with the last location where the client booked an appointment, however, this option is controlled by a hidden setting. To activate this hidden setting, please get in touch with our Support Team at support@mytime.com. When the setting is enabled:

    • If the client has past appointments and the last appointment's location is within the access control permissions of the current staff member making the booking, the modal will be prefilled with that specific location, staff, and service.

    • If the client's last appointment took place at a location inaccessible to the current staff member, the modal will not be prefilled with that information. Instead, the first available location for the staff member will be automatically selected.

Booking Appointments using the Book Next Appointment Hyperlink

  1. Navigate to Clients
  2. Search for and open the client's profile
  3. On the client's profile, locate the Book Next Appointment hyperlink
  4. Clicking the link will open the appointment modal. Select the staff and the service
  5. Save

The appointment will then be visible on the scheduler.
