Once your widget is configured to include packages, your clients will be able to go to your booking page using the booking URL or book button on your website to purchase a package.
Thing to Know:
When purchasing packages online, clients can buy multiple packages in various quantities if the packages are set up for all family members. This feature is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To activate this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com. Please note that if the "Can only be purchased once per client" option is enabled during package configuration, the ability to purchase multiple quantities will not be available.
Depending on how you configured the widget, your packages will be a stand-alone item or your clients will have to:
- Navigate to your booking widget
- They can sign in if they already have a MyTime user account. If they don't already have one, they can create one by clicking the Sign Up Now option
- Once signed in, select the Packages link in the header
- For packages configured for individual family members, click the "Buy" button. For packages configured for all family members, clients will have the option to specify the quantity they wish to purchase

If the buy button is selected for an individual family member package, a prompt to select who the package is for will appear.
- The prompt to select who the membership is for will appear
- If the client has a family member on their account, the "Please Select A Family Member" option will be displayed, along with a dropdown list from which the client can choose the family member
- If the client does not have a family member listed on their account, they will be prompted to add one
- Click the "Buy" button
- If a quantity is added to an all-family member package, next, click the "Complete Checkout" button
- Both steps 6 and 7 will result in adding the package to the client's cart and redirecting them to the 'Checkout' page. The package information, such as the package's name, the quantity (if more than one), family member's name (for individual family member packages), what the package includes, and the price, will be displayed for review
- Next, enter their card details and if there is a promotion for packages, it can be applied to the "Apply Gift Card / Promo Code". The promotion will discount the purchase based on the promotion benefits
- Click on ‘Complete Purchase’
- On the confirmation page, there is a Book Appointment button. Selecting the button will direct your clients to the service page where they can book future appointments covered by the package they just purchased or appointments not covered by the package
Once a client has purchased a package:
The client will receive an email confirmation
- The package will be reflected on the client's profile with the family members's name and in the Package Balances Report
- All applicable bookings and purchases for the family member will have the “In Package” label attached
