Checking Out Classes on Scheduler App

In this article, we will walk you through the steps of how to check out classes on the scheduler app. 


Things to know:

  • The ability to create tickets is governed by the "Creating Tickets" access control.
  • Clients with classes included in a package or membership will have a corresponding package or membership label under their name on the roster
  • If a class is covered by a membership or package, the ticket will display a "Membership" or "Package" label next to that service.
  • Payments can only be accepted when a register is open if the "Require Open Register to Take Payment" setting is enabled.



Follow these steps to check out clients for classes or events using the Scheduler app:


1. Log into the app. For detailed instructions, learn more here

2. After signing in, you’ll be taken to the Schedule by default

3. Filter by the desired location and date

4. Find and select the class or event for which you want to check out a client 

5. Tap 'View Atendees' 

6. Select the client to check out 

7. Tap 'Checkout' 

8. Tap 'Pay' in the top right corner of the screen 

9. Enter the client's payment method and tap 'Finish' in the top right corner

10. You will be redirected to the Payment confirmation page 


Once complete, the class roster will update to show Paid for the checked-out client.
