In this article, we will explain the meaning of each setting under the Clients section on the Settings page


SettingDescription
Enable Family Accounts? 

When enabled, you can add family members to an existing client record.


Note:

  • This setting is not available for pet or vehicle businesses
  • For franchise businesses using Global Clients, must be enabled at the parent account level. Learn more here
Track Client Source 
This setting will allow you to record the source of this client (e.g., ad campaign, referral, etc) on the client profile and appointment modal. For franchise businesses, this setting must be enabled at both the parent and child levels to function properly. Learn more here
Allow Viewing Old Waivers on Client Profile
This setting allows expired waivers to remain visible on client profiles. Learn more about expiring waivers here

Message to Display on Receipt

This setting allows you to apply and display discounts based on client labels when printing tickets from the appointment modal or generating electronic receipts from the POS. Learn more here
