Sending Invoices via POS (Coming Soon)

Modified on Wed, 2 Jul at 11:56 AM

MyTime's Point of Sale (POS) system allows you to easily send invoices to clients directly from POS. This feature is especially helpful when a client wants to pay later or when billing needs to be handled off-site. In this article, we will discuss how to send invoices to clients from POS.

Things to know:

  • This feature is controlled by the "Enable POS Ticket Online Payment Link" hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact your account manager or our support team at support@mytime.com
  • This feature is available for businesses using both Stripe and Cloud9 payment accounts

  • The Share via Communicator option is only available if a client is added to the ticket.

  • Tips can be added from the Payment or Confirmation page

  • Sending an invoice for prepaid appointments will display a $0 balance on the invoice
