For businesses that operate outside of the MyTime POS system, we offer a solution to display discounts based on client labels when printing appointment tickets. This feature allows you to assign discounts to specific client labels, which can then be brought to the register and used for redemption.

- The ability to create and manage client labels and client label discounts is governed by the following access control settings:

The ability to print appointment tickets is governed by the "Accessing Appointments" access control setting.
This feature requires the “Show discount on the printed receipt” hidden setting to be enabled by the MyTime team. To activate it, contact support@mytime.com

If the client associated with the appointment has a qualifying label, the corresponding discount code will be automatically included on the printed ticket.

Configuring Client Label Discounts
- Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
- Scroll to the Clients section and locate the 'Message to Display on Receipt' option
- Click "Add New Item"
- In the 'Add Message to Display on Receipt' modal, configure the following:
- Client Label: Select the client label the discount applies to
- Body: Add any additional details or notes (this will appear under the code)
- Valid: Select the validity of the promotion code being displayed. This field is required.
- Click Save
- The new label discount will be added to the list along with the option to edit or delete it
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply changes
Once configured, the client label discount will be visible within the appointment record.
Printing Tickets via Appointment Modal
- Go to the Schedule
- Locate and select the appointment for which you want to print a receipt
- Click the printer icon at the top of the appointment modal
- A print receipt preview modal will appear on the left. The client label discount details will also be included below the appointment total
- Click Print to generate the appointment ticket
