AM/PM vs 24-hour Time Format on the Booking Widget and Automated Messages

The booking widget and automated messages will display time in AM/PM format by default, but you can change this to 24-hour format. In this article, we'll go over how to configure and compare both.


To configure the 24-hour time format:

  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
  2. Locate the "Use 24-hour clock instead of AM/PM" setting in the Online Booking section          mceclip0.png
  3. Toggle to "YES" to enable the setting
  4. Save changes


When this option is enabled, the time format of the booking widget and in your automated messages will change from AM/PM to 24-hour format, which will be especially useful for our European clients who prefer the 24-hour format over the AM/PM standard.
