Move/5000 LTE - Setup

Enable LTE


The Move/5000 LTE has a WIFI, LTE, and Bluetooth connection. To activate the LTE connection (data plan required, if you need a data plan please contact support@mytime.com ) first, please confirm you have disabled WIFI and enabled LTE. To do this:


  1. Click 2634 on the Move/5000 keypad 
  2. Press F (this is the circle key above the red X) 
  3. Select Control Panel 
  4. Select Terminal Settings 
  5. Select Communication Means
  6. Select WIFI 
  7. Select Switch OFF, you will return to the communication means screen. 
  8. Select Mobile Networks 
  9. Select Startup mode
  10. Select On Startup and press the green circle key to save. 
  11. LTE requires an update to your Host/Server IP address (depending on your version it will have a different name). This should already be configured for you but please confirm the correct value by pressing 0000 > locate the Host or Server IP Address. The value should read 003.012.052.134 or 3.12.52.134(It is the same IP address but depending on your Move/5000 software version it will display differently). 
    • If you see device.c9pg.com you need to change this
    • Press the red X to return to the home screen (MyTime Pay screen or this lane closed)
    • Click 2634 on the Move/5000 keypad 
    • Press F (this is the circle key above the red X) 
    • Press TDA > Configuration > Communication > Ethernet settings > Host IP address
    • Press the Yellow < key to delete the previous value 
    • Enter 3.12.52.134 (use the # key to enter the . symbol) 
    • Press the Green Circle Key to save
    • Press the Red X three times until you see Save and Reboot > Select Yes


Press the red X to return to the terminal home screen. From here the terminal will connect to LTE. It may take 2-3 minutes. To check the connection status press 0000 for the terminal status screen. In the top right corner, the LTE status will be displayed. 

  • Yellow ? circular symbol = establishing connection 
  • Gray ? cellular symbol = not connected, move to a different area and wait 
  • Green ? cellular symbol = connected 


If the terminal will not establish an LTE connection after 5-10 minutes you can try rebooting the Move/5000 by holding the yellow key + # key then power on the terminal by holding the green key. 

 

Disable LTE and Enable WIFI 


  1. Click 2634 on the Move/5000 keypad 

  2. Press F (this is the circle key above the red X) 
  3. Select Control Panel 
  4. Select Terminal Settings 
  5. Select Communication Means
  6. Select WIFI 
  7. Select Switch on, you will return to the communication means screen 
  8. If you need to connect to a network for the first time select Scan Networks > select your network > enter your password. 
  9. If you have connected to a network previously no further action is needed, the Move/5000 will automatically re-connect after a few minutes.
  10. Click the red X until you are back on the home screen
