By Roster Report

Modified on Mon, 3 Feb at 10:08 AM

The By Roster report displays revenue by class session and attendee type.

Things to know:

  • Sales tax are not included in the revenue displayed
  • Revenue from closed tickets is listed on the date the ticket was closed
  • Revenue from classes or events without closed tickets will be listed on the date the class took place
  • Refunds will be reflected on the date the refund was processed, rather than the original ticket date. For example, if the payment for a class/event was taken on November 13th but refunded on November 23rd, the report will display the original revenue on November 13th and the refund on November 23rd.
  • Revenue from deposits is displayed on the date the ticket is closed, not the date the deposit was processed. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for March 9th with a value of $200 and a deposit of $50 was taken on March 4th, no revenue will be shown when filtering by March 4. However, when filtering by March 9 (the date the appointment took place and the ticket was closed), the total revenue of $200 for the service, including the deposit, will be displayed.
  • This report should not be used for reconciling with the deposits seen in your bank account.
