You can add products to your purchase order from the product library, which expands from the bottom left side of the page, or by using the auto-generate function. When the product library expands, you can search for a product by name, SKU, or barcode. This will make it easy to search through a large number of products. Please Note: Highlighted results will only appear when searching with the product SKU and barcode. In this article, we will walk through the process of searching for products.
Searching by Product Name
Enter the product name in the product library's search field to find products by name. The matching results will be listed below in the product library for you to select from.
Searching by SKU
Enter the product's SKU into the in the product library's search field to find products by SKU. The matching results will be displayed below, with the SKU entered highlighted in the product library for you to select from.
Searching by Barcode
Enter the product's barcode in the product library's search field to find products by barcode. The matching results will be displayed below, with the barcode entered highlighted in the product library for you to select from.
