In this article, we will explore how to filter by staff member and location on the scheduler app.
Things to Know:
- If your account has multiple locations, you will be able to view and filter your schedule by location
- You can only view 1 location at any given time
- If you have created location nicknames on the business profile page, the location nicknames will be displayed in the location filter
To filter by location or staff:
- Log into the scheduler app
- Navigate to schedule
- Tap on the company name at the top of the screen
- You will be directed to the location and staff page
- Select a location by tapping on "Location", and a list will appear with all of your franchise locations
- Select the desired location
- Select a staff member by tapping the "Staff member" option
- You have the option to select from the following: all staff members, working staff, clocked-in staff members, or the name of a specific staff member

- Working Staff: The Working Staff option displays only service providers who are scheduled to work that day and staff who have appointments scheduled for that day (even if they are not scheduled to work). It enables staff members to quickly deselect one or two staff members whom they do not need to see on a regular basis. When a user deselects a working staff member or selects a staff member who is not scheduled to work, the working staff filter is unchecked
- Clocked-in Staff: You can filter staff on the schedule by "Clocked-in Staff." This filter displays service providers who are currently clocked in. The Clocked In Staff filter is available to any business with the setting "Do staff members need to clock in/out?" enabled. You can review this setting by going to Business Setup > Settings > Staff > "Do staff members need to clock

10. In the 'Calendar Style' section, you have the option to select how you want to view appointments on the scheduler. You can filter by Day, Week, or Split view

- Day View - In day view, you can see the entire day’s bookings, availability, and unavailability for a selected staff member or all staff members
- Week View - In week view, you can see the entire week of bookings, blockages, availability, and unavailability for a selected staff member or all staff members
- Split View - This view displays the Waitlist on the left and a list of employees will appear along with their in-service appointments on the right. Appointments that are currently on the Waitlist can be started automatically by dragging them from the left menu to the right menu. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that don't take appointments
11. Once you have finished filtering the location and staff, click on "Done"
