The referral credit information for a client can be viewed in their client profile. You can view details such as the name of the client referred to your business, referral credit earned, activation date, redemption date, and ticket number associated with the activation and redemption.

Referral Earned Credit on Referee and Referrer Client Profiles
To view, the referral earned credits on the referee's or referrer's client profile:
1. Navigate to the Clients tab
2. Search for the client's profile
3. Scroll down to the Referral Credit section

4. Selecting the View Audit Trail link will display the following:
- Date - The date the referral was made or the transaction took place
- Ticket # - The ticket # associated with the activation and redemption
- Client - The name of the referrer and referee
- Transaction Type - Displays any action taken against the client's referral credit - Used, Activated, Referred By, Referred
- Modified By - The name of the staff member who added the referral or processed the transaction
- Old Value - The value before any action taken against the client's referral credit
- New Value - The value after any action taken against the client's referral credit

Editing Referral Credit
The referral credit value can be edited at any time by:
- Clicking on the View Referral Credit button
- Next, select the edit icon
- In the Edit Referral Credit modal, you can enter the desired value then save it
- The value will be updated and can be seen in the Audit Trail
Deleting Referral Credit
If at any point you want to delete the referral credit that was earned, this can be done from the client's profile. Deleting referral credits will automatically remove the credit for both the referee and referrer.
To do this:
- Click on the View Referral Credit button
- Next, select the edit icon
- Then, select Delete Referral Credit
Force Activating Referral Credit
To manually activate a client's referral credit:
Navigate to the referred client's profile
Click on the View Referral Credit button
- Next, select the edit icon
- Then, select the Activate link
- Confirm activation by selecting the Yes button
The referee's and referrer's credit will now be activated and can be used to make a purchase.
