You can easily update pricing, modify the included services, or adjust the duration of a package by editing it directly from the client’s profile. Additionally, you have the flexibility to modify the number of credits included in the package as well as its expiration period. In this article, we will walk through the steps to edit packages from the client's profile.
Things to know:
Editing the package's item credit quantity on the client's profile will update the Package Balance report. The new quantity will be updated in the 'Remaining Quantity' column of the report.
To edit a client's package:
- Navigate to the Clients tab
- Select the client
- Scroll down to the Packages section
- Click the Edit Package button to edit the package details

When the edit package modal appears, you can edit the following:
- The purchase location
- The expiration period by unchecking the 'Never Expire' for indefinite packages
- The quantity of the credit offered
- Save
Once saved, the changes will be effective for that client's package moving forward. If the number of credits is adjusted, the change will be displayed in the Package History section.
