Redeeming Gift Cards on Guest App

When a client purchases a gift card online, the recipient will receive an email with all the gift card details. The gift card can be redeemed in multiple ways online or in-store. In this article, we will explore redeeming gift cards on the guest app.

Things to know:

  • For online bookings, clients will enter their credit card and payment will immediately be taken for the deposit amount and applied towards the ticket. Once the appointment is completed we charge the balance of the total service price to the client's card.
  • If a service is covered by a membership or package, the deposit fee will not be charged at the time of booking but will be charged if the service is canceled.
  • If a client books multiple services, each with a deposit, there will be one charge for the total of all deposits
  • Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be applied to services with a deposit fee
  • The full price of the service, including sales tax (where applicable), will be charged for deposits requiring 100% upfront.

To redeem gift cards on the guest app:

  1. Clients must download the guest app from either the Google Play Store (for Android users) or the Apple Store (for iOS users)
  2. Upon downloading, they can navigate to the home screen and tap on the account icon located in the top right

On the "My Account" page, your clients have the option to login by entering their credentials, continue using Facebook, and for IOS users, they also have the option to continue with Apple.

3. Once signed in, select the "Home" option at the bottom of the screen

4. Select the "Book Appointment" option

5. Add a service

6. Select date and time

The checkout page will appear

7. On the checkout page, they should enter the gift card code in the Apply Gift Card / Promo Code field 

8. Select "Apply"
