iCMP Setup

Before using the iCMP Bluetooth Credit Card Reader for the first time, it needs to be charged for a minimum of 3 hours. Charge the device for 6 hours for a full charge.

Running a Test Payment:

To make sure everything is working properly, we suggest running a $00.01 MISC CHARGE test transaction. We suggest you first kill the MyTime app if it is running, then reopen it. After that click POS > click + Product > click Miscellaneous Charge > Enter Test I the description > Price 00.01 > click add in the top right > click Pay in the top right > click + credit card > click entry method > select your iCMP in the TERMINAL section > click Charge

Troubleshooting:

If the iOS option does not appear when you first boot up your device please click HERE.

Set the Customer Welcome/Display Message on iCMP:

Please follow the steps HERE as this is also an optional final step if you want to change the display message.
