MyTime’s switch user feature enables staff members to switch users faster and lock their accounts.
To enable the switch user feature:
- Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
- Activate Enable rapid user switching
- Save
Once activated, a Switch User option will be added to the account drop-down menu and allow a different user to access MyTime without logging out first.
To switch users simply:
- Click on your name in the upper right
- Select Switch User from the menu
- Select a location and staff from the Switch User modal. Please note that only staff members who have created a MyTime profile (username and password) will be displayed.
- Enter your password
You will be successfully logged into your account.
