Things to know:
- Screen sharing allows MyTime Support to remotely view and assist with your iPad or iPhone screen to help resolve issues more efficiently.
- Screen sharing sessions are secure and require user permission before the support agent can view the screen.
To screen share from your iPad or iPhone with MyTime Support, simply follow these steps:
- Download Google Meet from the Apple App Store
- Enter the meeting code - provided by the MyTime agent
- Follow the below screenshots to share your screen. You can also click the camera icon (as seen in the photo below) to turn off your camera as it will not be needed.
