Schedule Multi-Staff Service Appointment on Scheduler App

Modified on Mon, 24 Feb at 9:41 AM

Multi-staff services involve multiple staff members collaborating to complete a single service. Examples include a full grooming session requiring a bather and a groomer, a couples massage with two massage therapists, or a mani-pedi performed simultaneously by a manicurist and a pedicurist. This article will walk you through the steps to add these services to appointments using the scheduler app.

Things to Know:

  • This is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com
  • The ''Multi-Staff Appointments'' setting also needs to be enabled to use this feature. Learn more here on how to configure multi-staff services
  • From the appointment modal, you can specify the staff members assigned to the appointment. Learn more here.

To schedule multi-staff service appointments on the scheduler app:

1. Log into the app. Learn more here about signing in.

2. Once signed in, you will be directed to the schedule by default

3. Tap on the desired time slot to create an appointment. Alternatively, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner to open the Appointment modal.

4. In the Client field, search for an existing client. To add a new client, tap the “+” icon at the top of the screen.

5. Choose the multi-staff service from the service drop down menu

6. Once the multi-staff service is selected, an additional staff member field will appear. Select the additional staff member from the list.

7. Tap Save to confirm the multi-staff appointment.

8. The appointment will now appear on the schedule for both staff members.
