An environmental fee is a flat fee assigned to a service that is charged to recover costs for sending used items (foils, bottles, etc.) to recycle. This report lists all the environmental fees applied to services.
Things to know:
- For pet merchants, the report will show the word “deceased” in parentheses next to the name of the pet that was marked as deceased.
To access this report:
Navigate to Dashboard
Select the Reports tab
Under the Point Of Sale section, select the Environmental Fees report
When the report opens, you can narrow the results by modifying the filters. You can filter by location, staff, and date. You can also choose to view the report by date or location. If the By Location button is used at the top of the report, you will be able to easily compare metrics across locations and location groupings.
Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location where the environmental fee is collected |
Staff | The staff member who collected the fee during the date range and location selected. |
Date | This range will determine the fees that were collected during the date range selected. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Date | The date the transaction took place. |
Ticket | The classifying number associated with the ticket. Clicking this link opens the ticket in MyTime POS. |
Client | Client associated with the appointment or purchase. Clicking this link opens the client's profile. |
Environmental Fee | Environmental fee charged |
Sales Tax | Sales tax applied to the ticket. This includes tax for all items. |
