Product Sales Analysis Report

Modified on Mon, 3 Feb at 4:22 PM

This report shows inventory turn, revenue, and profit by SKU.

Things to know:

  • Products on open tickets will not appear in the report until the ticket is saved or closed.
  • Any additional payments made on tickets closed in the past will be reflected on the date the payment was processed.
    • Example: If a ticket for a product was closed in October for $20 and later edited in November with an additional payment of $10:
      • The revenue for October will remain at $20.
      • The revenue for November will reflect the additional $10 payment.
  • Sales tax is not included in the product revenue displayed.
  • Refunds will show up on the date the refund took place rather than on the original ticket date. For example, if a product was purchased on November 13th but refunded on November 23rd, this report will display the negative revenue on the 23rd rather than the 13th.
