Modified on Fri, 17 Jan at 11:41 AM

At MyTime, you can offer memberships for sale online through the booking widget, allowing clients to choose their preferred membership start date. This article will walk you through the steps to set up memberships for online purchasing via the booking widget.

Things to know:

  • To sell memberships, you must have a membership subscription. For franchise businesses, please contact your account manager or support@mytime.com for assistance.
  • Businesses are required to set up a payment account to process card payments. If you do not have a payment account, please email processing@mytime.com for further assistance.
  • In order to sell memberships online, you must select "Yes" for the "Enable Online Purchase" setting in your Membership General Settings.
  • The ability for your clients to select a membership start date and determine if the start date should be the same as the billing date is controlled by a hidden setting that only MyTime can enable. To enable this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
