How Can I Check MyTime’s Operational Status?

The MyTime Status page keeps you informed during incidents. It displays the features affected by incidents and displays historic uptime of services to show context on the overall health of our system. You can subscribe to our status updates via email so that you will be notified immediately when MyTime post to our status page.

1. To access our status page, go to https://mytime.com/ 

2. At the bottom of the page, click on the Status link.

3. You will be directed to our Status page. Here you can subscribe by clicking on the Subscribe to Updates button. 

4. You can subscribe via email. Once subscribed, you will be alerted whenever there is an incident.
