Loyalty Activity Report

The Loyalty Activity report provides a detailed view of your clients’ loyalty points activity. It shows transaction dates, points earned and redeemed, and the remaining balance in each client’s loyalty account. This report helps you track and analyze loyalty points usage for every client.


Things to Know:

  • This report is only available if the loyalty subscription is activated.
  • Access is controlled by the Accessing Reports permission setting.
  • Data is based on closed tickets only
  • Manual loyalty point adjustments on a client profile are not reflected in this report.
  • For pet accounts or accounts with the Family Member feature enabled, points are earned based on the combined activity of all linked members or pets in the primary account


To access this report:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Client section, select the Loyalty Activity report


When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location if the account has more than 1 location and then click on the UPDATE button to generate the report. Once generated, users have the option to export the report to Excel or PDF and print it using the respective icons. This functionality provides flexibility in managing and sharing the Loyalty Activity report.


Report Filters


FilterDescription
LocationThe location where the transaction occurred.
  • Accounts with One Location: No location filter is shown
  • Accounts with Multiple Locations: The location filter allows you to view data for a specific location or all locations within that account
DateThe date the transaction was processed.


Report Columns 


ColumnDescription
ClientThe client’s name. Clicking the name opens the client’s profile.
Transaction DateThe date the points were earned or redeemed
Ticket IDThe ticket linked to the earning or redemption of loyalty points. Expanding this field displays all ticket IDs associated with the transaction.
Points EarnedThe total number of points earned. Expanding this field shows the breakdown of points earned per transaction.
Points RedeemedThe total number of points redeemed. Expanding this field shows the breakdown of points redeemed per transaction.
