Things to know:
- The visibility of this report is governed by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can activate. To enable this hidden setting, kindly reach out to our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
- The data presented in the report originates from the information captured in the AM Feeding Instructions, Noon Feeding Instructions, and PM Feeding Instructions custom fields within the appointment intake forms or appointment modal.
To access this report:
Navigate to Dashboard
Select the Reports tab
Under the Bookings section, select the Feeding Instructions report
When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location and date. Additionally, you can search for information using pet or client names. Furthermore, you have the option to download the report in CSV or PDF format or choose to print a version.
Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location associated with the appointment |
Service | The category to which a service belongs. For example, a Bath & Brush service would belong to the Dog Grooming category. |
Date | The date of the appointment. For multi-day service, the data will be displayed on every day the pet is in the facility with instructions for feeding |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Date | The date of the appointment |
Client | Client associated with the appointment. Clicking this link opens the client's profile. |
Pet | The name of the pet associated with the appointment |
AM Feeding | The instructions specified for the AM feeding custom field within the appointment modal for the pet |
Noon Feeding | The instructions specified for the Noon feeding custom field within the appointment modal for the pet |
PM Feeding | The instructions specified for the PM feeding custom field within the appointment modal for the pet |
