Editing Loyalty Points on Client Profiles

The loyalty points information for a client can be accessed within their client profile. This section provides a consolidated view of details, including the total points earned, the redeemable amount, and the associated ticket numbers for both earned and redeemed transactions. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to edit loyalty points in the client profile. 


Things to know:

  • Points are accumulated based on the cumulative activities or purchases across all members or pets linked to the primary account
  • Adjustments made to loyalty points in the client's profile will be reflected in the audit trail.


To make manual adjustments to a client's loyalty points balance:

  1. Navigate to the Clients tab
  2. Locate and select the desired client
  3. Once the client's profile is open, scroll down to the Loyalty Program section

  4. Click the dropdown arrow to expand
  5. Click the Edit Loyalty Points button
  6. Once the Edit Loyalty Points modal appears, you can adjust the points incrementally by clicking the arrows or by manually entering the desired point value.                                                                                                                                                          

  7. The value will be updated, and the adjustment will be reflected in the Audit Trail
