MyTime's online presence feature allows businesses to add unique URLs for their various social media platforms. This article provides step-by-step instructions for adding these URLs.
Things to Know:
- The ability to utilize the online presence feature is governed by the 'Accessing Business Profile' access control setting.
- The various URLs added to the online presence section of the business profile will be visible on SOCi
- URLs can be added for each location within each child account.
To add your URL for various sites:
1. Go to Location Setup > Business Profile
2. Navigate to the "Locations" section
3. Select the "Edit" hyperlink for the desired location
4. From the 'Edit Location' modal scroll down to the 'Online Presence' section
5. Enter the URL for the respective sites in the appropriate field
6. Save location information
