You can set your operating hours for the days your location is open, allowing clients to know when they can visit. This article will walk you through the process of setting your location hours.
Things to Know:
- These hours will be displayed in the location picker on the booking widget, express checkout, and the custom guest app.
- Staff hours and availability are not affected by the location's opening and closing hours. Instead, staff availability is determined by the hours set on their profile or by custom hours configured through the custom hours interface.
To configure location hours:
1. Go to Location Setup > Business Profile
2. Navigate to the "Locations" section
3. Choose the "Edit" option next to the location where you want to modify its information
4. From the 'Edit Location' modal scroll down to the 'Business Hours' section
5. Select the 'Add Hours' hyperlink
6. A default time of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM will be displayed. You can adjust these hours by using the dropdown menus to select your preferred opening and closing times.
7. To add hours for another day, select the 'Add Hours' hyperlink for the desired days
8. When you select the "Add Hours" hyperlink, the hours from the previous day will be automatically prefilled.
9. After setting the location hours for the desired days, click the "Save Location Info" button at the bottom of the modal.
On the booking widget, the location hours will be shown on the 'Pick a Location' screen, displayed beneath the address for each location.
