Business Profile Audit Trail

The Business Profile audit trail provides a comprehensive log of all changes made to the business profile. 


Things to know:

  • Access to the audit trail is controlled by the "Accessing Business Profile" access control setting.
  • A search bar is located on the right-hand side of the audit trail, allowing you to filter by section, setting, value, or the staff member who made the change.
  • All columns in the audit trail are sortable.
  • Note: Changes related to adding or updating business photos are not recorded in the audit trail.

How To View The Business Profile Audit Trail


  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Business Profile 
  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click the Audit Trail link 
  3. The audit trail will be opened in a panel below


Audit Trail Columns Explained


The table below explains the data shown in each column:

Column
Description
Timestamp
The date and time the change occurred
Section
The section of the business profile where the change was made
Setting
The specific setting or field that was modified
ActionThe type of change: Create, Update, or Delete
Previous Value
The value that was previously saved (shows data for updates and deletions only)
Current Value
The new value that was entered or configured (not shown for deletions)
Modified By
The name of the staff member who made the change
IP Address
The IP address of the staff member who made the change
