Void and Refund Report

The Void & Refund report displays all partial and full refunds and voids for closed tickets. This includes services, products, tips, gift cards, memberships, and packages. 


To access this report:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard

  2. Select the Reports tab

  3. Under the Point Of Sale section, select the Void & Refund report

When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You can also choose to view data for a specific client using the search field on the right.


Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the data.

Report Columns


ColumnDescription
TicketTicket number associated with the transaction. Clicking this link opens the ticket in MyTime POS.
Refund TimeThe date and time the refund took place.
LocationThe location where the original transaction took place.
ClientClient associated with the transaction. Clicking this link opens the client profile.
Original StaffThe name of the staff member that closed the ticket. Clicking this link opens the staff profile.
Refund StaffThe name of the staff member that refunded the ticket. Clicking this link opens the staff profile.
Original AmountThe original total of the transaction.
Refund AmountThe amount that was refunded.
Refund Reason
The reason entered on the ticket when the refund was processed.
